The End 13 is a level in The End is Nigh. It's connected to The End 12 from the left, The End 14 from the right and "???" areas from the top and bottom.

Collectibles and Secrets
- Tumor: To collect the tumor, go left during the fall from the first platform. Go right after collecting the tumor to avoid landing on spikes.
- Secret Area and Mega Tumor: Fall through the hole in the middle of the screen to access the downwards secret area, and swim through the water to collect the mega tumor. The upwards secret area is split into two parts, separated by a wall: The left part containing the NPC is accessed by climbing into a small hole in the ceiling revealed by a falling block at the start of the level; the right part with the mega tumor is accessed by climbing into the large hole revealed when the central part of the building falls down.
